Even though twas perilously evanescent,
clearly,
Heaven embedded itself in earth.

    In response to your poem and to your comment on it…Wow, Susan! Just…wow! I'm reminded of Stravinsky saying "The greater the limitations, the greater the art."

    This is a wonderful poem about the picture!

    To those new to my blog, it is Na Po Mo (National Poetry Month). While for many years I have written a haiku a day for the entire month, this year I changed the rules: This year I am posting photo and as many words as the date. (trying to not just describe the obvious in the picture). Play along if you like, post it on your blog. –Susan
